Niestety, Twój artykuł (Grzegorz Borys został odnaleziony) jest duplikatem innego (Znaleziono ciało Grzegorza Borysa) :(. Myślę, że dobrym pomysłem jest publikowanie newsów z danego dnia (być może dnia wcześniej) by uniknąć takich sytuacji, że piszemy już na temat który ktoś inny opisał (oczywiście, zgodnie z Wikinews:News minimalne wymogi "świeżości" są mniej wymagające -- ta porada ma wymiar praktyczny). Warto też dołączyć się do Discorda Wikireporterów (Wikinews:Discord) by być na bieżąco z tym, co się u nas dzieje.

Informacje z MPK Kraków

Hej! Ogromnie szanuję za to, że na Wikinews pojawiają się informacje ze zdarzeń dziejących się w Krakowie. Mam jednak pytanie: czy istnieje jakieś źródło poza Facebookiem, lub jakimkolwiek innym komercyjnym medium społecznościowym (najlepiej strona internetowa), które informuje o tym samym?

Chodziło mi o dodawanie kategorii archiwalne do poprzedniego newsa. W sensie gdy piszesz news X1 to nie dawaj kategorii archiwalne. Dopiero gdy piszesz X2 o ile X1 dalej wyświetla się na głównej. Chodzi o to żeby na głównej nie wyświetlały się dwa newsy o popsutych tramwajach. Jeżeli udałoby się żeby miedzy X1 oraz X2 były od siebie o 5 innego typu newsów na głównej (Twoich lub innych reporterów) to przenoszenie do archiwum nie będzie konieczne od razu. Gdybyś miał ochotę pisać newsy na zmianę tzn np jeden o tramwajach, następny o płytach a kolejny przykładowo o interprlacjach byłoby super. Wiem że to byłby trudniejsze więc nie chcę naciskać. Cześć! Regulamin akcji z okazji 20-lecia mówi, żeby 20 utworzonych tekstów miało minimum po 2 tysiące znaków, samego tekstu. Twój tekst Karambol na autostradzie A4 nie spełnia tego wymogu. Tworząc ten zapis, zależało mi, aby w ramach akcji powstawały dłuższe i bardziej rozbudowane teksty. Dziękuję za współredagowanie...

...bo to już pięć lat od kiedy zacząłem redagować Wikinews. W wiadomości o wyborze wikipedysty do Rady przy Prezydencie dobrze zrobiłoby przywrócenie informacji o historycznych osiągnięciach młodego człowieka. To fakt znajomości historii przez niego był istotny, bardziej ważny, niż fakt, że biega jako "miotlarz" po artykułach Wikipedii. Wygrane czołowe miejsca to duże osiągnięcie, bo oceniane przez osoby z zewnątrz, spoza szkoły. To nagroda za pracę, i to żmudną, ze źródłami. W Internecie nie ma wszystkiego. To oznacza mniej więcej tyle, że gdybyś chciał napisać artykuł naukowy, w którym omawiałbyś to zdjęcie/grafikę, to mógłbyś je zamieścić obok. Tutaj artykuł w żaden sposób nie odnosi się do zdjęcia, więc prawo cytatu nie ma w żaden sposób zastosowania, choć jeśli masz wątpliwości, możemy spytać bardziej obeznane osoby na Commons. 2) krótkie wyciągi ze sprawozdań i artykułów, o których mowa w pkt 1 lit. a i b;
3) przeglądy publikacji i utworów rozpowszechnionych;

5) krótkie streszczenia rozpowszechnionych utworów.

Punkt c) mówi o fotografiach. Podajemy ich autora oraz źródło. Chyba na tej zasadzie media internetowe (do których się zaliczamy) publikacją zdjęcia z wydarzeń itp. Na 24h nałożyłem na Twoje konto blokadę uniemożliwiającą wgrywanie plików na Wikinews. W tym czasie dokonam dokładnej analizy dodanych przez Ciebie plików. Dziękuję za tekst. Na razie nie można napisać, że "w tym roku Polska przesłała najwięcej fotografii z wszystkich uczestniczących w konkursie państw". Konkurs jeszcze trwa, m.in. Ukraina dopiero zaczęła przesyłać zdjęcia. Zmieniłem to. Zmieniłem też tekst skopiowany z Wikipedii. Treści na licencji cc-by-sa nie mogą być częścią większego artykułu na cc-by. Drugie pozwala na skopiowanie do innych serwisów na cc-by-nc-nd a pierwsze na to nie pozwala. Dopiero, gdyby Wikinews przeszło na cc-by-sa, można by coś takiego robić. AI - mea culpa

Najmocniej przepraszam za moją wpadkę z AI. Chciałem zaznaczyć, że wtedy broń Boże nie poszedłem na totalną chamówę by zrobić cały artykuł z użyciem AI. Po prostu wrzuciłem fragmenty dwóch artykułów z prośbą o przeredagowanie by mieć punkt wyjścia jak samemu napisać artykuł, a nieusunięcie tekstu od AI że "Proszę oto artykuł" mógł sprawić wrażenie że na taką chamówę i mega leniwy artykuł poszedłem. Development

• Mobile statement editing: We made progress on support for more datatypes for editing.

  • We are investigating an issue with infoboxes using data from Wikidata after some recent changes to usage tracking (phab:T407684)
  • We are working on more improvements to the Databox module
• Ontology federation: We are starting to work on making it possible for other Wikibase instances to use Wikidata's Items as values in their statements. This expands on previous work around federated properties.
• Dumps: We have worked on fixing issues with the dumps that were failing recently. They should now be generated again and we continue to look into the cause.

  • We worked on making Wikidata change summaries in recent changes and watchlist on the other Wikimedia projects more understandable by adding icons. This will be rolled out soon (phab:T397258)

• New requests for permissions/Bot: langCodesBot - Task(s): Python script to automate the cleanup of deprecated language codes (e.g., kr) from Wikidata items. Delete or move labels, descriptions, and aliases based on comparisons with fallback and related languages. The script uses the Pywikibot framework to process each item and logs cases it skips due to data inconsistencies or ambiguity to a CSV file for manual review.
• New request for comments: Exhibition models by Hexatekin - This proposal focuses on standardizing models for art exhibitions. There is not a consistent data model used for art exhibitions that factors in parent-child relationships for traveling exhibitions, show series, or biennials, despite these being important and common types of events in international art history.
