http://pl.wikinews.org/wiki/Wikinews:Wsp%C3%B3%C5%82praca_z_innymi_serwisami
Oznaczenie to należy stosować w sposób ścisły. W przypadku wątpliwości należy zadać pytanie na adres e-mail: linuxnews [at] linuxnews [dot] pl."

pozdrawiam serdecznie
Imię Nazwisko

Request for permission to use cc-by-sa-2.5-compliant material[edytuj kod]

To whom it may concern:
My name is First name Surname and I am one of the editors of Wikinews - a free news source, where I edit under the nickname XXXXXXX. I would like to ask whether it is possible for Wikinews to use materials/news items from the Sitename website (http://sitexxxxxxx.pl) under the http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.5/ or http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.5/pl/ license.
Both these licenses enable the material to be copied for commercial as well as non-commercial purposes and modified under the conditions specified by the author of the original work, which usually include providing a link to the original source and the name of the website whose content has been used. The first of the two licenses mentioned above is the one that Wikinews entries are released under, the second is used by websites Wikinews currently cooperates with.
Naturally, the agreement to publish given material should be expressed by its author, so the technical details imply that the link to the chosen license ought to be provided in the text upload form, as well as attached to the published material, or the site FAQ. Wikinews solves this issue by placing appropriate information under the text edit windows while adding news items, as well as in every page's footer.
If you permit the use of your material, adequate information will be provided under the following address:
http://pl.wikinews.org/wiki/Wikinews:Wsp%C3%B3%C5%82praca_z_innymi_serwisami
and each article based on the contents of the Site name website would be supplemented with a link to the original text as well as the name of the website with the conditions specified by you according to the license (e.g. the title of the article as it appeared on your site). Here is an example from LinuxNews.pl:
"All the news items published by LinuxNews are made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 PL license. The text may be therefore copied to another website, provided that at its beginning or end the following message appears:
Source: <a href="http://linuxnews.pl/news-item-link/“>LinuxNews item title</a> (LinuxNews.pl)
The reason behind this fragment is to make it possible for the reader to quickly reach the original text (via the hyperlink provided) and to make the source (LinuxNews.pl) stand out clearly. Marking the text should be followed as strictly as possible and any doubts can be clarified at: linuxnews [at] linuxnews [dot] pl."
